¡¡¡¡Sichuan
Boiler Works is one of the two manufacturers in the western
part of China that have got both the Class-A license and Class-A1,
A2 licenses for designing and manufacturing boilers and pressure
vessels. Besides, SBW has also been certified for use of ASME
¡°S¡± and ¡°U¡± stamps, ISO9001-registered for quality assurance
system, and the right of import and export.

Sichuan
Boiler Works is awarded as Enterprise Technology Center by Sichuan
provincial government. There are 820 engineers and technicians
in different specialities, among which, 330 have middle and
senior technical titles. There are about 100 engineers specializing
in development of new products, with an average annual outcome
of about 20 new products. SBW¡¯s main products, CFB boilers and
heat-recovery boilers, are listed in the catalogue of Recommended
Environmental-Protection Products of China (first batch), and
have won lots of awards at national level and provincial level.
The technology of water-cooling cyclone separator is SBW¡¯s own
intellectual property (Patent code. ZL99 2 43392.4). The HP
heater for 100MW unit is awarded as Superior-Quality Product
by the Ministry of Machine-Building Industry of China.
¡¡¡¡Sichuan Boiler Works pays much attention
to absorbing advanced technologies from both at home and abroad,
for which, long-term cooperative relations have been established
with Alstrom of Finland, Foster Wheeler of America, LLB Lurgi,
Lentjes and Babcock GmbH of Germany, and the famous universities
and design institutes in China, such as Tshinghua University,
Xi¡¯an Thermal Engineering Institute, Shanghai Jiaotong University
Zhejiang
University and so on. SBW has mastered the internationally-prevailing
technology of circulating fluidized bed boiler, so SBW is in
the leading edge in the manufacturers of medium-sized and small-sized
utility boilers.
