[Commitments of Sichuan Boiler Works for After-Sale Service]


¡¡¡¡Based on the guideline of O ¡° Client Supreme, and Sincere Service¡±. Sichuan Boiler Works makes the following commitments:

  1. Offering high-quality technical back-up to clients. Upon receipt of notification from client, response will be fed back to the client within 48 hours or service man will be sent to the site.
  2. Assigning site representative according to the contract to transact any problem in time during installation.
  3. Technical service in site starts from installation of steel structure, ends at time of completing hydraulic test of boiler proper. But site service can be prolonged at the request of the client.
  4. When in boiler commissioning, SBW¡¯s engineer(s) can present at site to solve problem that may appear in boiler operation.
  5. In strict compliance with the rules and regulations set by the client Prior notification will be given to the client for the travel to/from the site or replacement of service personnel.
  6. The quality of site service will be evaluated by the client by filling in an investigation form.
  7. Request from client for other services can be discussed and considered.
