¡¡¡¡Sichuan Boiler Works has 2,400 employees, in which 820 are
engineers and technicians, including 330 with medium technical
titles and 45 with senior technical titles.
¡¡¡¡Based on the exploration strategy
of human resources, SBW favors the engineering and technical
staff with preferential policies in housing and income.The newly-built
Science Garden, which integrates science researching, trading
and housing, provides the technical staff with a pleasant and
convenient environment to work and live in. College graduates
coming to the Works can live in the Graduates Apartment equipped
with TV, telephone, and all living facilities. The Science Progress
Award is set to encourage the well-performed technical personnel,
and the outstanding personnel are sent by the Works every year
to Tsinghua University, Xi¡¯an University, Haerbing Industry
University, and Chongqing University for taking master-degree
education.
